What data we process
The contact form collects your full name, email address, selected subject, message and acknowledgement that you have read this policy. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed to respond to your enquiry.
Purpose of processing
Personal data is used to contact you, handle and respond to your enquiry, and conduct any subsequent communication relating to your enquiry, an artwork or a collaboration. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Legal basis for processing
For enquiries relating to entering into a contract, the legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract or performing a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. For other enquiries, the basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in responding to correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Ticking the checkbox confirms that you have read this policy; it is not consent to marketing.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and subsequent correspondence. Where needed to protect the controller’s legitimate interests, for example in resolving disputes or keeping records of a resulting collaboration, data may be retained for up to three years after the last related communication. If a collaboration is established, some data may be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period required by law.
